Fall Blooms Flower Subscription

As summer winds down and the nights start to cool, bring the warmth and color of fresh flowers into your home. Starting in August, our Fall Blooms Flower Subscription delivers locally grown flowers that brighten back-to-school routines, picnics, and cozy autumn evenings. Bouquets feature seasonal favorites like dahlias, sunflowers, celosia, amaranth, sedum, hydrangea, and more, all harvested at their peak from Asparagus Sunshine.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Fall Blooms Flower Subscription members receive 6 bouquets over the course of the season.

Because flowers are weather and season dependent, exact pickup or delivery dates may shift slightly. We’ll keep you updated with the confirmed schedule as the season approaches so you never miss your blooms.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Bouquets are available for local pickup at our greenhouse on Thursdays from 3pm–7pm, or at one of our trusted flower partner locations. After your order is placed, we’ll reach out by email to coordinate your preferred pickup location.

Prefer delivery? We’re happy to bring fresh flowers straight to your home or office. A one-time delivery fee of $30 applies ($5 per weekly delivery) and will be added at checkout when delivery is selected. Subscribers will receive an email notification with a flower delivery window.

Each bouquet is naturally arranged with whatever is blooming best that week, so every arrangement is unique and seasonal.

Flower subscriptions make thoughtful and seasonal gifts. Instead of giving one bouquet, give someone a full season of autumn blooms.

If this is a gift, please indicate it in the order form and include your email address so we can coordinate scheduling updates and ensure the recipient receives their first bouquet on time.

Because we are a small, family-run flower farm, subscriptions are limited and available while supplies last.

We are not responsible for bouquets that are not brought inside after delivery. Please watch your email for scheduling updates.

This is a limited seasonal subscription based on availability and bloom times. Dates are determined by flowers and cannot be changed once the season begins.

We do not ship fresh flowers. Subscriptions are available for local delivery only in the Delaware Water Gap, PA and surrounding Pocono area.
