Asparagus Sunshine is a locally grown flower farm based in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania, offering floral subscriptions, event florals, seasonal products, and educational resources.

3. Products & Seasonal Availability

Our flowers are locally grown and seasonal. Because flowers are natural products:

Substitutions may occur based on weather and growing conditions

Each arrangement is unique and designed using the best blooms available at the time.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout or according to invoice terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Pickup or delivery details
Event information

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Our flower farm is not open to the public.

Pickup is available only at approved locations or scheduled times, including:

Farmstand on Mountain Road
Partner locations
Member or subscription pickups

Failure to pick up flowers during the designated window may result in forfeiture without refund due to the perishable nature of floral products.

6. Floral Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide recurring floral arrangements based on selected frequency.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

Flowers are seasonal and designs vary
Pickup or delivery schedules must be followed
Subscription terms and renewal details are outlined at purchase

Subscription changes or cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle.

7. Event Florals

Asparagus Sunshine provides ala carte floral services only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Florals are prepared in advance for pickup or delivery.
Setup and teardown are the responsibility of the client or event coordinator.
Availability is limited, and booking is confirmed only after written agreement and payment.

We dedicate limited availability to events and reserve the right to decline bookings outside our capacity.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

All sales are generally final.
Refunds are not guaranteed once flowers are prepared or harvested.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Event cancellations may be subject to non-refundable deposits depending on timing and preparation.

9. Pet & Plant Safety Disclaimer

Some flowers may be toxic to pets or humans if ingested.

Customers are responsible for:

Keeping flowers out of reach of animals and children
Reviewing plant safety information when needed

Asparagus Sunshine is not responsible for illness, injury, or damages resulting from ingestion or misuse of floral products.

10. Sustainability & Natural Variation

We grow using sustainable and organic methods whenever possible. Natural variations, insect presence, or seasonal imperfections are normal and part of locally grown flowers.
